Family Visa Synopsis
Under the UK Immigration Rules, family visa allows non-UK nationals to join, stay with or accompany a close family member who is a British citizen, has settled status, or holds certain types of immigration status in the UK. Your family life means your relationship with members of your family which includes your wife, husband, civil partner, long – term partner or any children under 18 years.
